Breaking Ground on Denton’s First Luxury Storage Condominiums
Construction is officially underway for the Luxury Storage Condominiums, marking the launch of Denton’s first luxury storage solutions.
Scott Brown—Owner & CEO of Scott Brown Commercial—along with Michael Twichell, owner of the Michael F. Twichell, LP architecture firm, and Howard Kollinger, owner of Cross Roads Realty & Investments, perform the ceremonial groundbreaking for the Luxury Storage Condominiums.
The groundbreaking ceremony that took place Tuesday, October 21st celebrated a major milestone for Scott Brown Commercial, along with the project’s developer, Cross Roads Realty & Investments, and architect, Michael F. Twichell, LP. The vent drew members of the Denton Chamber of Commerce and local community to commemorate the beginning of a development that will bring a new level of sophistication to personal and commercial storage in Denton.
The Luxury Storage Condominiums are designed to combine security, functionality, and style—offering fully customizable units, gated access, and optional mezzanines.
