Jordan Brown

Jordan serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Scott Brown Commercial, where he focuses on sourcing investment opportunities throughout Denton County. His acquisition strategy spans industrial, retail, office, and multifamily properties, with an emphasis on uncovering value through creative structuring, local market knowledge, and disciplined underwriting.

Prior to joining Scott Brown Commercial, Jordan held key roles at Kalterra Capital Partners, where he supported both ground-up multifamily development and stabilized acquisitions. In 2025, he helped lead the successful acquisition of a $90 million, 376-unit multifamily property through a Housing Finance Corporation (HFC) structure, illustrating his ability to uncover high-yielding opportunities in competitive markets.

Jordan began his career with D.R. Horton’s Multifamily division, where he underwrote more than 200 development opportunities nationwide and directly contributed to the launch of over 30 ground-up projects.

A fourth-generation Dentonite, Jordan brings both institutional experience and a multi-cycle perspective to Scott Brown Commercial’s expanding investment platform.
