Debra Manookian

Debra Manookian serves as the Chief Financial and Investment Officer for Scott Brown Commercial, where she oversees the company’s partnerships, finance, accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and corporate support functions. She also works closely with Scott Brown on strategic initiatives, organizational leadership, and long-term growth planning.

Before joining Scott brown Commercial, Debra was the Controller for Lurin and Atlantic Housing Foundation, both Dallas-based real estate firms specializing in the multi-family residential section. She began her career in real estate with two prominent developers in Orange County, California: The Irvine Company and The Koll Company. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

Outside of work, Debra enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two German Shepherds.
