Debra Manookian

Debra Manookian is the Chief Financial Officer for Scott Brown Commercial.  Debra is responsible for overseeing the company’s partnerships, corporate support functions, finance, accounting, financial reporting and treasury functions.  She works with Scott Brown on strategy, organization and the long-term focus of the company. 

Prior to joining Scott Brown Commercial, Debra was the Controller for Lurin and Atlantic Housing Foundation in Dallas.  Both real estate companies specialize in the multi-family residential sector.  She started her career in real estate working with two prominent developers in Orange County, California, The Irvine Company and The Koll Company.  Debra received her B.S. in Business Management.

Debra enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two German Shepherds.
