Born and raised in Sanger, TX, Chuck played football at McMurry University in Abilene, where he earned a degree in Kinesiology in 1989. He married his wife, Lori, in 1993, and they continue to make their home in Sanger.

Chuck dedicated 31 years to education, serving as a teacher, coach, and athletic director. He spent the final 16 years of his career in his hometown as Head Football Coach and Athletic Director for Sanger ISD, leading the program with distinction until his retirement in 2013.

Midway through his career, Chuck expanded his professional experience by joining Scott Brown Commercial from 2003-2006, where he gained valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry and achieved notable success. In 2007, after careful consideration, he returned to education to accept the Head Football Coach and Athletic Director position in Sanger, leading the athletic program for more than a decade.

Now back in commercial real estate, Chuck brings a unique blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and industry experience. His decades of guiding teams, managing complex organizations, and previously working in commercial real estate position him to effectively serve and advocate for his clients and the business owners of North Texas.
