Ashton Young

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate, Ashton Young specializes in commercial property management and residential sales. She holds active REALTOR® licenses in Texas and Oklahoma, and has earned designations including Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Seller Representative Specialist, and Accredited Buyer’s Representative. A University of North Texas graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Certification of Mediation, Ashton has also served on the BOMA Board of Directors (2010-2016) and is the 2026 Presidential Elect for the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.

As Vice President of Commercial Property Management at Scott Brown Commercial, Ashton combines market knowledge, operational expertise, and a client-focused approach to deliver strong results for property owners. Her leadership and industry involvement ensure properties are managed efficiently, tenants receive responsive service, and client investments are protected and enhanced.

Born and raised in North Texas, Ashton enjoys traveling, cooking, sports, and time with her husband and two songs. Whether at work or home, she is committed to building strong relationships and contributing to the community she calls home.
