Jimmy Terrell was born in Marshall, Texas, but moved to Denton in 1970. He graduated from Denton High School in 1978, and soon after moved out west. He worked in the construction business in the San Francisco area, rebuilding after the earthquake of 1990. He then moved to Reno, Nevada, where he received an associate’s degree as a paralegal. He worked for Maddox/Robertson Law Firm until returning to Denton, Texas in 1994. He then began his own business in the construction industry until 2013. In 2014, Jimmy began his real estate career with Scott Brown Commercial.
Because of his love of hunting, fishing, and the outdoors, Jimmy is a natural fit in the Farm & Ranch industry. Along with his knowledge of the area and his expertise in construction, Jimmy is a perfect fit to the commercial side of Real Estate. Jimmy lives in Argyle, Texas with his wife, Cathy. He also has two step daughters attending college nearby. Jimmy loves the Denton area and the people who live here. His goal is to continue to work hard to make the Denton area a better place to live, work, and enjoy.
